Why must we fight amongst each other, and further pollute the earth?

I love a good beat 'em up. Besides the Streets Of Rage trilogy and Golden Axe I & II (III is awful) here are some of my favorites.
Spiderman in Maximum Carnage Double Dragon Death and Return Of Superman Mazin Saga Splatterhouse 2 & 3 Shui Hu Feng Yun Zhuan

The handheld is great, just get all the roms and your good to go. Also you might want to check out the Game Gadget this plays megadrive games whole lot better, with decent sound too and plays final fight arcade perfect. Just the video out on TV is not working for me. legacy I've just got a game gadget for £25 but I'm struggling getting it to play megadrive roms, any ideas on what I may be doing wrong(I'm downloading rom, dragging onto sd card and then putting sd card in the console)all it showing under megadrive is the 20 inbuilt games but the rom shows in the files.

Hi Andy,
you need the correct format of roms. they need to be SMD files. You need to download the the genesis rom converter and convert bin files to smd and vice versa, then your roms will work.
Make sure you down load all the capcom CPS1 & 2roms, but put them in the neogeo folder,
Final fight plays awesome from the CPS1 ROMS,
mame is to slow though for some games so i sacked mame off CPS 1 & 2 roms are all arcade perfect.
Snes works great too.
enjoy andy.
Also dont keep resetting it as it wont work after 20 resets on the custom sandbox mode.
to solve this, just copy back a few files in media_mgr folder and your good to go again.

Didn't realise it played neo geo stuff or cps1 stuff either as it's only got the 5/6 in built emulators.do I have to put other emulators on it myself? Also when I tried downloading some cps1 roms and when it downloaded there were loads of files rather than just the 1.do I copy all those over to the neo geo files?also by reset do you mean pushing the reset button or the reset where you hold LR and start?

Andy,
everything is installed already.
copy the zip file roms for CPS1 & 2 into the NEOGEO folder, ignore the CPS1 & 2 Folders they are redundant.
I mean the reset button.
You are in for a treat Andy the CPS roms work perfect.
Example,
final fight for mame is slow as hell but the CPS rom works perfect.
I have 700 snes roms working great.
I believe the game gadget has an official linux kernel. I was very impressed with my game gadget, only problem is i cannot get TV out to work.
Select retro then NEOGEO, then play your CPS roms.
Im just playing Punisher now, arcade perfect.
Andy please press select after the main screen appears with the icons and tell me what version you have, mines says 0.95
thanks

I got my game gadget from funstock in may this year and i had to download the custom sand box firmware as stated by funstock on the link on their website which contains emulators in the roms folder:
NeoGeo, Mame, Gameboy, Sega master system, Sega Megadrive, Atari 2600, Snes Nes
did you have to do the same with your Gamegadget and download the sandbox firmware, it still has the same emulators on as i checked the download again now.
You need to check the roms folders andy and tell me what folders you have in there.
I also have the same hand held megadrive with 900 roms or so on SD card.

I tried downloading it last night and the screen on my laptop was just blank when I tried so I don't think I've downloaded it yet.especially as the only emulators I have are the ones I listed with no neo geo.ill try again tonight.im guessing I just download the file, unzip it then place the contents on a sd card?where do you get the games for both systems from,if you could PM me that would be great.

For the Sega Genesis/Megadrive portable, you put the games (.bin format) in a folder named "GAME" then copy the folder to the SD card.

It just plays Megadrive games. They have the roms at those websites and they're already in .bin format. They come in zip files that you'll need to extract (w/ Winrar or something similar). Also, the roms have "region codes"- (U) is for US, (J)- Japan, (E)- Europe, (W)- World. Also from what I know, any roms with "!" are the final versions that work the best.
