Hi, I have a NGX v370 I purchased when they first came out. Held off on getting the megapack thinking prices would eventually go down. Opposite happened, so I saw a loose cart for the megapack for sale on eBay, purchased it not realizing I needed to update the firmqare or that the rocket cable was required. So my question. Is am I sold with the loose copy or is there a way to update mine?

I am pretty sure you can download the firmware update to a pc and connect with a USB and update that way.

It has been a long time since I have done an update myself and when I did I used the rocket cable and megapack too upgrade to 500a. I know you can upgrade without a rocket cable but I just can't remember the details...sorry.
