Thank you Swatson, this is very helpful! More newb question though... how do I burn the files onto an SD card in the format that will be read by the NGX? Or are those files included in the folders in this file? Thanks again!

You need to copy the file structure to a microSD card, so you will need a standard microSD adapter to load the file structure and rom files. Then you will need an NGX specific microSD adapter like the Procard. This will allow you to put the microSD card into the NGX and run the games.

Thank you Lithy! Just a few more questions... what would I program the MicroSD card with? Do i just format it fat32 and drag the files over? Also could I format one of the official Tommo cards and use it?

Reading back, I'm assuming you have a microSD adapter from OMG that had a microSD card in it with the jailbreak?
If so, what I would do, is copy the files on that card to your computer (again you'll need a 'regular' microSD adapter), then format it, and then load the sample file structure on it. Then you simply make sure your rom files have the right extension and drop them in the right folder. Then return the microSD to the NGX adapter and plug it in, it should pop up to run.
Also, just to continue on my PSX trials I got the following 7 games working yesterday,
Capcom vs. SNK (Euro ISO worked, US didn't seem to) Castlevania: SotN Guilty Gear (runs slow and janky but from vids that might be normal?) Incredible Crisis Parappa the Rapper Intelligent Qube Detana Twinbee

You are correct I have the MicroSD adapter from OMG that had a microSD card that performed the jailbreak. I bought an IOGEAR SD/MicroSD reader for my PC. When I put any of the cards into that IOGEAR adapter and into my PC it says "You need to format the disk before you can use it". Do I have the wrong PC MicroSD adapter? Do I need a program to read the file format that the Jailbreak card is written in? I think once I can access the MicroSD I can follow the rest of the instructions. Thanks again for your help on this, I feel like I am very close to mirth! =)

In that case I would probably just format it, I believe it jailbreak files are available online should you ever need them again, or you could just get another microSD, but really as long as the jailbreak installed ok, I don't see any reason you'll need the files again.

Thanks! What is interesting is none of the SD cards are reading in my windows OS, and it is not completing the format. I have tried on Windows 8 PC and Windows 7 laptop. Is there a special software I need to be able to view the file format? Or a specific SD card reader perhaps? Am using this reader btw IOGEAR SD Reader

The copy of the file I have ends with .ape but is not being read by the NGX. Does this need to be changed to ISO?

If you are jailbreaking then you first need to update the NGX to 500a using the NGX game pack. I went down the jailbreak route and have not looked back (although I pretty much exclusively play NG games).
Has anyone else noticed on the spine of the mega games pack it lists The king of fighters as 'The King of The Fighters'?

You will have to convert them to .bin files for the NGX to try and run them.
