Please can anyone confirm if they have or a similar this issue with neogeox.
For some reason on composite, on my handheld, the picture is good.
However when i put through the dock on composite, the picture is good but now has a rain type grain effect on the dark colours, but plays fine.
It makes me wonder if my dock is faulty or just the fact, that it goes through 2 connections when placed in the dock. having minor distortion when connected to TV.
Can someone advise.
Note picture wise is great.
Thanks

Try toggling L2 on the handheld when docked. You may have accidentally turned on "vertical scanline" mode.

I tried that, looks a lot worse now with the toggle.

Maybe try cleaning all the contacts.

I'm using mine through my Samsung tv using the HDMI connection. I'd like to grab our old CRT from the loft to try it out through that using composite. What I'd probably do is use my composite - scart socket adaptor to connect it. Anyone know if this will do anything to hamper or better the picture? Also, what exactly is the v500a supposed to do?
