fbacache not converting files

I've been trying to convert roms from zip to fba format with fbacache to no avail, and i cant find a working link for ConvertX anywhere to try that instead (trying to convert roms with unibios inject neogeo.zip)

Any advice? Or does anyone have a converted set with unibios to download?
