SDHC Card compitable with latest CFW?

Hello fellow NGX fans,

I bought a SDHC Card yesterday, it's 32 GB, from Platin and I was wondering if this would work with my NGX.
I am currently running FW 500 (was upgraded with the Rocket Cable that came with Mega Pack Vol. 1).
Is it correct that I read on these boards that you no longer have to buy special adapters or cards anymore?

My only pointers have been legacy's Bare Bones Jailbreak Tutorial that was stickied in the General section (Jailbreak Compiled Information) and some posts I have trouble finding back.

I use a micro SDHC 8gb card on my X. I have had bad experiences with 32gb cards in the neogeo x. I prefer to use anything up-to 16gb.

See how you get on.

So I actually bought the wrong card for this as mine is a regular High Capacity SD Card and not a micro SDHC?

EDIT: Also, I read that you could jailbreak with a regular Rocket Cable too or did I misread that?

I used my rocket cable and i used a hacked sd card adapter for the upgrade process. Standard size SD cards are a no show.

I see, so I need to buy that package you linked even tho I have the Rocket Cable?
In fact I have a standard Micro SD Adapter and a Micro SD Card with 1 GB too.
Does it come with roms on the card that I can move back on it after the jailbreak or do I need to get them myself and use Convert X?

Bit off-topic:
I'm planning on buying an Ouya sometime too, do you perhaps know if my SD HC 32 GB Card would work on that so it's not a complete waste of money?

Your micro SD adapter won't work as you need a modded adapter with the pins crossed.

A site used to sell the adapters only for 15 dollars but not no more.
The ngx toolkit adapter and cable is better value than the rocket cable in my eyes.

Your 32 bit card should have some use in the future, so hang on to it.

The neo roms are on the pack, but the roms or not unibios versions and some dont work. It will get you started though.

I order the bundle you linked me yesterday, can't wait to get my hands on it
I'll get the correct roms then and Unibios, but can I just install that on the default instead of adding it to all roms separately?

Btw, I found a full FBA romset and since the NGX runs OpenDingux with FBA emu, I would be able to play most of not all of them right?
