How do you access Dip Switches in MVS games? (Like enable gore/blood/Mai's Bounce or change the difficulty level?) If there is no way, that's totally a bummer, they should fix that in the next update.

You can access some of these features is you have unibios installed. There won't ever be another official update I'm afraid.

Yup. You'll need roms with Unibios patched onto them. None of the officially released games will let you access those options. Looks like you're gonna need a modded card, and maybe a jailbreak, depending on your firmware!

What I meant to say I already jailbroke my NGX, I'm just talking about accessing the Dip Switches in MVS format with the Roms you download for the unit. But it seems on the Uni-Bios, you need to know the number of the switch and which one does what. Is there a guide online that teaches what switch does which? (For each NEO game?)
Thanks in advance,

Sorry to necro-resurrect this thread, but for all future DIP settings seekers:
1. When the UniBIOS screen appears, hold B + C + D. You'll now be in the MVS setup screen. 2. Navigate to "SETTING UP THE SOFT DIP" and hit A 3. Hit down to go to "SLOT 1 [Game Name]"* and hit A 4. Move to the setting you want to change. A increments, B decrements, C exits. 5. Hit C until you exit back to the main menu. 6. Voila.
* If the Game Name shows up as a garbled mess, you need to let the game boot cleanly once to establish the initial settings (and all your changes will be lost). Once you get into the game, do the following: 7. Hold START and hit A + B + C. If playing just on the handheld, you can also just hold START + R2. This brings up the UniBIOS cheat menu. 8. Move down to the "Soft Reboot System" option and hit A. 9. The system will reboot to the UniBIOS screen. Go back to Step 1, and when you get to Step 3 the game name should be set appropriately.
