So I decided to play some NGX today. I haven't used it in about a week or so. It has been in the docking station all that time. I turned on the docking station but the menu didn't boot up. I checked inside the docking station and noticed the handheld was just charging. It didn't start up until after charging for about 30 minutes. I don't get why it got discharged as I haven't played with just the handheld itself. I checked the handheld and the power was off, and I always turn off the docking station when I'm done using it. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Maybe just a fluke and handheld stayed on when you were done last time.

It has happened to me more than once. It's weird. I don't get it. Anyway, I just turn on the docking station at least once a week to let it charge.

Out of interest OMG, will you be selling replacement batteries and will you offer a replacment guide, Thanks I do have at least one replacement battery on hand (I have 1 complete "parts" NGX that is gutted, so if anyone needs a screen or even a spring- hit me up). Replacement of the battery would require soldering (not too hard, 2 points). What I can do is offer a refurbishing service where I would go in and replace the battery myself, while I am in there I would solder a female connector to the motherboard and a male connector to the battery lead, so that the battery could be unplugged and replaced easily in the future if it ever needed to. I would charge $50 USD for this service (but you would have to cover shipping/return of your NGX unit), or $30 USD (+shipping) for just the battery.
