Hey! I know we've got some NGPC fans on this board and I wanted to show you guys some things I made. After I got out of the NGX scene, I started collecting NGPC, but most of the games I get don't have the original boxes. In order to fix this issue, I found a guy who made custom J-Cards for old audio cassette tape cases for Gameboy. Based on this concept, I present to you my NGPC collection. I also made a few for my Wonderswan, which you can find at this imgur link.
And I originally posted these on a reddit thread. In the comments there are links to the people who inspired me, as well as links to my dropbox. There you can find the images if you want to make some for yourself! Enjoy!

Wow, that looks really cool. Cassette tapes...brings back memories. hehe.
I see you have "Biomotor Unitron". I'd like to get that some time. By the way, do you have the Japanese version of it? If so, can it be played in English?

I really enjoy Biomotor Unitron. It's all about crafting your robot. So, you dungeon delve, fight, repair, craft, experiment... If you are alright with a slightly grindy robot-fantasy RPG, it's a good time. I do recommend checking out some crafting guides, otherwise you'll waste most of your time building things you won't use.
I don't know about the Japanese version. Mine is in English; however, I couldn't find a high-res image of the English logo/box art for the j-card.

I do plan on getting it eventually. I have "Dark Arms". It's a quite unique action RPG.

Oh! I can't wait to play that one. It's in the mail right now. Part of my holiday present to myself!

Hehe. That's nice. I heard "Faselei" is pretty good too. More robot stuff.

I tried it on an emulator, and I want it desperately on cart. However, the Japanese version won't translate to English and the USA/UK carts are incredibly rare. I saw a US cart (no case as the US version was released in a blister pack) go for over $100 on ebay this month. That's the cost of a Flashmasta, and I don't know if I could justify the purchase.

Yeah, I looked it up online and the English versions seem to be either hard to find or quite expensive. It's too bad it's not one of those dual language carts. I don't even know which games are actually dual language.

All I know is that my Bust-a-Move is dual language. It's the only Snap-Lock I have!

Those snap-locks look really nice. I just have the carts with the small clear cases. I don't have "Puzzle Bobble" yet, though it's part of the lot that I just recently ordered. I think the title "Puzzle Bobble" makes more sense for it. "Bust-a-Move" makes me think of dancing. haha.

I love the clear look of those cases... what a good idea, nowadays most people won't even recognize where you got the cases from... audio cassettes... I remember using those.

What do the insides look like (what holds the game inside)? Foam with a square cut out for an NGPC game would be slick.

I need to figure out something for the interiors, as it is currently just the loose cartridge. Do you think foam would be the best bet?

The dark grey dense foam squares jewelery stores use for their necklace boxes... they have the same look and feel as the foam used on the inside of the docking station. Those would be great.
