battery charge problem after jail?

hi guys,
I've jailbreaked my neogeox 337 version. all seems fine except a battery charge problem
before jailbreak i alway used a cellular battery charge with an usb cable, 
(the screen turned black and a green flashing battery icon showing the loading).
after jailbreak the console turns on (even if interruptor is set to off) and no icon show the loading process!
help me please
(i dont want to use the dock for charge of battery)
