Today i realized that my thumbstick "klicks" not so loud when i pushed it to the right side as it sounds like pushing to the other directions. It also feels not so "hard" and precise like before. So,before i open my NGX i want to ask if the solution you posted works in this case too? If it's out of sync then I guess it could fix the issue, if not I assume it's just ware-and-tare, you generally press right more than any other direction, so that would make sense, that said I have a similar issue with my 370 version (I have a 500a too) it has never made the clicking noise when I press right, but the other 4 directions and diagonals do click, it works fine though so I don't much care, if it is really bugging you maybe open it up and have a look, the spring might need a stretch, but to do that you'll have to do some de-soldering, I wouldn't advise that unless your a solder master like yours-truly, ha, ha, ha! ^^ No Prob,i think i can live with that as long as i can use it

I would expect the micro switches to last for donkeys years on the handheld.

I would expect the micro switches to last for donkeys years on the handheld. It's more of a set of 4 springs that hit a tiny circular switch encased in a plastic housing, it really isn't designed all that great if you ask me, (I've torn mine apart) it's definitely not on par with the NEO' Pocket's Stick, especially if you play the handheld a lot, and over time you will notice it no longer clicking and sticking to in say up direction, as in the character on a fighting game continually jumps unless you re-align the stick central with your thumb, I still love the system the rest of it is great especially as a TV console, but the thumb stick in my professional opinion is not going to last sadly, I am going to mod' mine if I can find a suitable replacement, maybe something from a CNC, an existing pad or controller or a mini arcade stick that many You-Tubers have been using for GBA Mini' Cabinets. If I do the mod' I'll make a video and show the guts of the thumb stick so you can see what I am talking about, as well as how to replace it with something better, if I can find something suitable.

"Lol...yeah the lettering is fading off mine too." Serious, not a good vision at all, can you post a picture. What lettering? on the Handheld or the Dock/Arcade Stick??? Mine is all good but I'd be interested to see what you guys are talking about. You know you got your money's worth when the printing is COMPLETELY GONE!
