Hey folks!
The purpose of this post is to compile most of the known information on the jailbreak and put it in one location. I plan on updated this post as more details become clear. I also want to credit people as accurately as possible.
So here goes!

Note by Danthor:
I've made some changes to this post regarding certain links. Namely all the Sega/Nintendo links have been removed. This is because a lot of those games for both of those companies are still widely available for sale over the Wii/Wii U/3DS Virtual Console, as well as PSN, XBLA, and currently available collection discs, so the mods and I agree that directly linking dumps of those are prolly not a good idea. However, the majority of Atari games and CPS images are not, outside of major titles for still existing franchises, hence why I still left em there. However, I don't wanna leave folk here high and dry for getting the most out of their systems! That said, for all of those needs, I will simply post this site;
www.emuparadise.me/
You'll find everything you're looking for right there, and on top of that, the site is perfectly safe, so you won't have to worry about popups/malware and junk while you look for games to fill your cards with.

How to add images / unibios to your roms for use in an XCard
Rom Pack ( Torrent format. Only download if you legitimately have access to these files)
Out of that Pack only 17 ROMs did not convert.

Pros vs Cons for Jailbreak vs Pro-Card
Procard (w/out Jailbreak)
Pros:
-Ability to play lots of NeoGeo games in addition to the built in (with the option of having Unibios for procard loaded games)
-Easy to convert roms
-Requires no extra work (apart from creating/obtaining FBAs)
Cons:
-Limit of 50 games per card
-Finding complete romsets can be difficult.
Procard (w/Jailbreak)
Pros:
-Ability to play lots of NeoGeo games in addition to the built in (with the option of having Unibios for procard loaded games)
-No limit to amount of games that can be stored at a time
-Makes use of all new firmware features (enhanced video/colours on output and handheld, enhanced sound on output and handheld)
-Gives the option of other emulators for LOTS of other systems, if you want to use your NGX for more than NeoGeo (personally, I use mine for NG only)
-Allows the use of the new Savegame/memory card emulation from the new firmware on your procard loaded games, as well as built in titles.
-Reversible to v500/500a
In the middle:
-Rom prep ranges from simple (if you've already had FBAs from previous firmware/procard use, all you need to is rename) to tedious (find, then convert, THEN rename. Most, all you need to do is change the .fba to .aes, but SOME games require .mvs instead. The Last Blade, for example)
Cons:
-Slowdown at the beginnings on larger NG titles, related to a caching error in the jailbreak (from procard loaded games. Built in titles are not affected) Commonly fixed by simply reloading the title
-Just like using the procard without Jailbreak, finding complete romsets can be difficult.
-Official game cards are not playable after jailbreak (but let's face it, if you're jailbreaking, you can just load all of the games officially released anyway. Have em all on one go) HOWEVER, you can still use any of the collection volumes, or Mega Pack to roll your firmware back to 500/500a, after which they will all be playable again, but the procard will not be.
