If possible, I'd like to get all 32 NGPC games that were released in the US. Well, I guess just 27 since the other 5 don't really interest me much (4 Casino series games and 1 mahjong game).

That would be a mighty collection! Does that include the monochrome games as well? that's a point, does the NGCP console play those carts ok? Are there region restrictions? I've been playing a few of my favourites on my tablet under emulation, but one game I'm playing quite a bit, is the baseball game - bear in mind I live in the UK and know NOTHING about the game or the rules, but still I'm quite enjoying it - just figuring it out as I go along. I'll definitely want it in my collection.

Those 32 games are just the US color ones. The toughest ones to get seem to be Faselei and Magical Drop. From what I know, the NGPC is region-free and plays the monochrome games as well. The 14 games I have is a mix of US and UK cartridges. An easy way to distinguish the cartridges is that the US ones have the ESRB rating, though content-wise I think they're pretty much identical.

I would like to complete American collection, and it seems to be almost reasonable to collect. Faselei and Magical Drop are *RIDIC* and Gal's Fighter/The Last Blade regular fetch a larger sum. Everything else can be found relatively cheap. Is it weird that I don't know of an Non-color NGP games? I've yet to encounter one. I've also debated on picking up a Flashmastaa. It's a cart that you can inject roms onto (one at a time). It's about the cost of the Faselei cart, but then I'd also be able to play other rare gems like Cotton on the actual hardware. Not to mention the fan-made translations of Cardfighter's 2 and Biomotor Unitron 2.

The NGP was first released as a non-color system in Japan and I think in UK as well. It was later released as the NGPC, which is what the US got.

Trying to get all the US games complete in an undamaged box for a decent price is damn near impossible. I have been trying since 1999. I have like 14 so far. Faselei and Last Blade US versions were never released with boxes though. They were destroyed and never had a retail release. The carts were released to the market later with the system in a blister pack type package.
